Kevin Michael Steele Jr., is the Founder and Owner of KTS Construction, a Louisiana domiciled Commercial and Residential General Contractor located in Angie, LA. Kevin has been licensed in Louisiana as a Residential Contractor since 2010 and as a Commercial contractor since 2014.  Kevin has always been an Entrepreneur and foresees Timber Creek Casualty as a solution for the high cost of commercial auto insurance in the southeastern states of the US. Kevin was chosen to lead Timber Creek Casualty because of his steady and conservative philosophy on business risk. Kevin is a Sergeant First Class with the Louisiana National Guard, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom from 2003-2004.

Kevin is married to Donna Steele and they have three sons. Kevin is involved in coaching them in baseball and spending time with his family on their Christmas Tree Farm and hunting and fishing with his boys.

James Russell “Rusty” Pritchard Jr., is the Founder/Owner and President of Pritchard Trucking, a Louisiana domiciled transportation company located in Bogalusa, LA. Rusty started Pritchard Trucking in 1979 with his brother and has been very successful in controlling his losses on all lines of insurance.   Rusty was chosen to serve on the Board of Timber Creek Casualty for his vast knowledge of the transportation industry and how to control the exposure to loss.  

Rusty is married to Cindy Pritchard and they have three children. Rusty’s hobbies are spending time at his camp in Mississippi and hunting and fishing.

James Michael Brennan has an Entrepreneurial spirit and works in the family business of Brennan Wholesale. James is involved in other business ventures such as rental properties and trucking. James is a life-long resident of Washington Parish and has dealt with the high cost of insurance in several of the family businesses. James is a graduate of Franklinton High School and his passion is working on and rebuilding classic cars and trucks.

Mark D’Andre Prosper has been the Chief Operating Officer of Avant Garde Capital located in Atlanta, Georgia since 2009. Mark has been a licensed Series 65 Investment Advisor in GA and CA since 2009. Mark has been a licensed Life, Health, Property and Casualty agent since 2010. Mark has been an important part of organizing and funding Timber Creek Casualty. Mark has a conservative approach to investments and brings a vast array of knowledge and expertise to all financial aspects of TImbert Creek Casualty.

Mark is a graduate of Clayton State University with an AA and BS in Information Technology and puirsued his graduate studies at Florida A&M University. Mark is married to Keisha Prosper and they reside in Stone Mountain, GA. Mark’s hobbies are spending time with his family, traveling and financing business opportunities.

Justin began his insurance career in 1998 with one of the largest self-insured retention carriers in Louisiana working in claims, underwriting, loss prevention, and engineering/surveys. He then moved back to his hometown of Fairhope, Alabama and spent the next 16 years as Vice President/Producer for an independent agency specializing in large marine and industrial accounts. In 2018, Justin founded MIIB (Marine and Industrial Insurance Brokers) and has worked hard to curate a knowledgeable and qualified staff that can assist clients in getting the competitive and comprehensive coverage they need. Justin graduated from Spring Hill College in 1997. He currently lives with his wife Susan and their two girls Virginia Kate (17) and Madeline (13) in Fairhope. He enjoys all sports, being outdoors, and time spent with his family.
